The West Virginia Public Service Commission is accepting public comments on the proposed Maidsville Energy Center, a major new natural gas power generation project in Monongalia County.
If approved, the project would add 1,200 megawatts of modern, efficient, dispatchable natural gas generation right here in West Virginia, helping meet growing electricity demand from families, businesses, manufacturers, data centers, and future economic development.
