The Gas and Oil Association of West Virginia (GO-WV) is pleased to announce the National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives (NAPSR) annual meeting will be held in Charleston, West Virginia the week of September 19 – 23, 2022.

The National Association of Pipeline Safety Representatives (NAPSR) is the national association representing state pipeline safety personnel in the contiguous United States as well as the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. NAPSR strives to strengthen state pipeline safety programs through the promotion of improved pipeline safety standards, education, training and technology.  West Virginia’s own Mary S. Friend, Director, Gas Pipeline Safety Division for the Public Service Commission of WV, is the 2021-22 NAPSR National Chair!

Those attending will have the unique opportunity to hear PHMSA administration and others discuss up and coming pipeline safety issues.  PDF versions of the agenda and registration can be found here:

Registration is now open and an electronic version be accessed at  NAPSR 2022 National Meeting (regfox.com). A receipt for the registration will be emailed. There is also an option to print a receipt once the fees are paid.
